Harley is an absolutely adorable little boy with the sweetest face and a heart full of love! He’s quickly becoming a staff and volunteer favorite here at the shelter. Harley is looking for an experienced, adult-only home where he can thrive with the right care and attention. With his charming Bichon personality, he's made a few dog friends at the shelter and is best suited to someone with prior dog experience who can provide the patience and consistency he needs. If you're ready to offer this cutie the perfect forever home, Harley is ready to meet you!
