Membership Form

Funds raised through memberships and donations are used for veterinary services, vaccinations and medications, food, cleaning and office supplies, education programs and wages for staff. We are a charitable organization and we rely on your support.

A membership with the Cochrane & Area Humane Society offers the privilege of a monthly e-newsletter, a tax-deductible receipt for the cost of the membership and voting privileges at the Society’s Annual General Meeting, a tangible way to make your voice heard.

To become a new member click fill out the form below or to renew your existing membership please email the shelter. Or if you prefer, phone us at (403) 932-2072 ext 103 with your full name and mailing address and we will then mail you the pertinent information.
